COMPENSATION

Rather than a traditional stipend, compensation will be based on clinical contact hours. The more you work, the more you earn, the faster your hours accrue. Doctoral associates can expect to see a minimum of 18 clients per week.

This model mimics the payment structure of individual private practice. It allows for flexibility and for the clinician to set their schedule based on a comfortable work/life balance. We recognize that clinicians have families, outside obligations, and that we differ in what defines a comfortable caseload. The beauty of private practice is that your clinical hours can work around your personal life, clinical and financial goals, and creating a sustaining and thriving practice.
